How to Blend

• Add one serving (5g) of 5 Mushroom Cacao to a splash of hot water. Mix until dissolved. Sweeten to your liking with honey. 
• Top off with your preference of steamed milk, nut mylk, water or Artisan Tea. Add ice if desired. 

Ways to Enhance

• For added health benefits, try adding your favourite Harmonic Arts Mushroom Tincture or Powder, Tincture Blend, Artisan Tea, or Syrup according to package directions. 
• For added creaminess and optimal nutrient absorption, add a fat source. You can try adding 1 tsp of coconut or MCT oil.
